Fertile Ground

2010-02-10 Poetry

Back in it, surrounded by the illusion my mind constructs from the images, the sounds, the aromas, the taste of the air.

Still, enough of the trappings have changed to make this scene
fertile ground.

In Between

2010-02-09 Prose

Swim, float, sink and breathe water, evolve, eve love.
Save and cast into the pool of what needs not to be saved.
Are and Am!
We worship at the altar of impatience and patience of our own transformation from what we were to what we will be.

On the Salish Sea

2010-01-04 Personal

I live here. By choice. I came here once upon a time and fell in love with place. I decided then that, “When I stopped moving around” this is where I would come. And I did. It was a decade later that I arrived here again. That second arrival was more than a decade ago now. That makes this place home, completely home.
